How do we help?
Through psychotherapy, we create a safe and supportive space where you can explore what you're going through, gain clarity, and start to make meaningful changes.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by stress, struggling in your relationships, coping with past trauma, or living with anxiety, depression, or another mental health condition—we're here to help you navigate it.
We help by listening—deeply, without judgment—and by working with you to better understand the patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be holding you back.
Together, we work to:
Identify and change unhealthy patterns
Build healthier ways of thinking and coping
Improve emotional regulation and resilience
Strengthen relationships and communication
Support healing and personal growth

First off, CONNECTION IS KEY.
It’s important to find the right counselor for you when it comes to opening up about your struggles. Sometimes this doesn’t happen with the first counselor you reach out to and that’s ok! It’s perfectly fine to ask about meeting with someone else to find the best fit for you. We have several counselors that have a diverse background and approaches to best serve the community. If we are not right for you, we’ll work with you to find a provider that best meets your needs.
Next, we’ll meet over a series of sessions to get to know one another and establish what you’d like to gain from therapy. Occasionally, we’ll revisit these goals and progress made to ensure that you’re headed in the right direction.
